Brad Greenhill is the chef behind Takoi in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood. He earned a StarChefs Rustbelt Rising Star award in 2016 and a StarChefs Rustbelt Mentor Award in 2025, and led the restaurant to a James Beard Best New Restaurant national semi-finalist nomination in 2017.
