Michael Serpa is the chef and owner of Select Oyster Bar, which he opened in 2015 in Boston's Back Bay. Previously the longtime executive chef at Neptune Oyster in the North End, he is known for European-inflected, provenance-driven seafood. Select has earned Michelin Guide recommendation and multiple Boston Magazine Best of Boston awards.
