Chef Ferrell Alvarez is the co-owner and chef of Rooster & the Till in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood. He is a 2017 James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef South. He co-founded the restaurant in 2013 alongside business partner Chon Nguyen.
