Sarah McIntosh is the Executive Chef-owner of Epicerie in Austin's Rosedale neighborhood. In 2012, she opened the French-Louisiana inspired cafe-grocery, which has since evolved into a bistro, bar, and boulangerie. Known for her French-Louisiana fare, she launched a pastry and bar program in 2020.
