Chris Ponte is Executive Chef Partner at On Swann, beginning his culinary career at Clearwater's Pepper Mill Restaurant in 1991 after graduating from Johnson & Wales University. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and graduated top of his class, then apprenticed at the renowned Taillevent restaurant.
