John Harris

Head Chef

Chef and owner of Lilette, John Harris opened the restaurant in 2001 and was named a Food and Wine America's Best New Chef in 2002. He trained at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and apprenticed at Michelin 2-star restaurants in France. He has been a James Beard finalist for Best Chef South four times.
