Raised in Dana Point, California, Justin Devillier moved to New Orleans in 2003 and took over ownership of La Petite Grocery with wife Mia in 2010. He won the 2016 James Beard Award for Best Chef: South and is known for his creative spin on traditional New Orleans cuisine.
