Chef Sarintip "Jazz" Singsanong, originally from the Nakhon Si Thammarat region of Southern Thailand, took ownership of Jitlada in 2006 alongside chef Suthiporn "Tui" Sungkamee. She has earned James Beard Foundation nominations for Best Chef in California (2022, 2023) and Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition.
