Donald Link is the chef and owner of Herbsaint Bar and Restaurant, established in 2000 on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans. He earned the James Beard Award for Best Chef South in 2007. The kitchen is currently overseen by Chef de Cuisine Tyler Spreen.
