Connie Cossio is the owner of Coni'Seafood, inheriting the restaurant from her father Vicente 'Chente' Cossio, who founded it in 1987 in Inglewood. The family recipes are rooted in Acaponeta, Nayarit-style seafood traditions, using fresh ingredients imported from Sinaloa and Nayarit, Mexico.
