Charleston native James London trained at The French Culinary Institute and worked in fine dining in NYC and San Francisco before returning home. He founded Chubby Fish in 2018, earning a James Beard finalist nod for Best Chef Southeast 2024 and a Bon Appétit Best New Restaurant honor.
