Jack Arnold co-founded Arnold's Country Kitchen in Nashville in 1982 with his wife Rose. He began his career as a dishwasher at age 12 and studied art at Vanderbilt University while managing its cafeteria. Arnold's received the James Beard American Classics Award in 2009.
